Depending on your current pain points and desired outcome, we carry out functional tests such as blood, gut, stress, or DNA to ensure your plan is personalised for your own building blocks. We also require a food diary and in-depth nutrition questionnaire before we recommend any lifestyle changes. What works for one person may not work for another.
